| Parthos is an AOL/AIM chat-based RPG using custom rules, that has been running since the early 90's on AOL and has just recently made the jump to the 'net. In Parthos, players create a character and meet up in the cities mercenary guild, known as the Parthenon, and campaigns -- called tournies -- are held by PGMs who come in offering jobs. Characters carry over through multiple tournies, but players are allowed, in fact, are often encouraged, to have more than one character. | |
