| In Italy stands a powerful city that was an important part of the Sword of Caine's history. Milan, a Sabbat stronghold and symbol of the faith and power of the sect, surrounded on all sides by Camarilla forces, remained strong no matter what the enemies of the Sword did. But recently, the treason of the vampire who had the honor of keeping the original copy of the holy Code of Milan, changed the fate of the entire city. The Archbishop Giangaleazzo, after months of being convinced by the Camarilla agents, that he should give his allegiance to the Ivory Tower, betrayed the Sabbat and planned the death of all warriors of Caine in the city, and Milan became one more Camarilla city, surrounded by Giovanni and enforcers of the sect to protect the new Prince against the future attacks that his former sectmates would surely launch soon. But... What if... What if Giangaleazzo's coup failed, or actually never took place? | |
