Description:

This page is dedicated to the roleplaying game Twilight 2000. It is set in the year 2000 after the Third World War. The World of Twilight 2000 is similar to ours, but assumes that certain "what if's" along our timeline actually came true. The game was first published by Game Designer's Workshop (GDW) in 1984. Several supplements and adventures were also published. A second edition with major changes appeared in 1990, making the game adaptable to GDW's Traveller system. A third edition was published in 1993, with minor changes. Around 1994-95 GDW went out of business. The rights to Twilight 2000 were subsequently purchased by Tantalus Games in 1996.
